Privacy Policy

OpenClaw Gmail is a personal integration that accesses Gmail only to provide functions requested by the user.

Data accessed

Depending on the requested function, the integration may read message content, subject lines, sender and recipient information, dates, labels, thread information, and attachment metadata. It may also create and organize drafts and messages.

How data is used

Gmail data is used solely to search, read, organize, and prepare email content as requested by the user. Emails are sent only following an explicit user instruction. Access occurs on demand and is not used for continuous monitoring.

Sharing and advertising

Gmail data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

OAuth tokens

OAuth tokens are stored locally on the server and are used only to authenticate requests to the official Gmail API.

Revoking access

The user can revoke access at any time from the security settings of their Google Account.
